If you are new here, we used to live in New Mexico prior to moving back to Columbia, Missouri where Colby and I attended College. While in New Mexico I had the opportunity to capture the most amazing landscapes and couples and can I just say I miss it here so much! Everything about this session was perfect from Lesley's flowy gown which complimented the scenery so well! You might think New Mexico and think desert. However, taking a trip down to the Bosque, also known as the Rio Grande you are quickly amazed at the way the plants and greenery come to life. This location was beyond perfect as Lesley & Cody have since welcomed their sweet little boy, River into the world.
Lesley & I met as she was a Pediatric nurse on the Pediatric Infusion Unit where I also worked as a Child Life Specialist. Since then, we have become great friends and our husbands have become great hunting buddies. Lesley is now a Registered Nurse Practitioner and Cody works for the Sandia Labs in Los Alamos, NM. They are hands down the best parents and I can not wait to see what the future hold for these two, now three!
